Frontal GmbH serves as the German engineering and project integration centre for complex aluminium–glass façades and glazed roofs. Our activities cover façade system development and design, as well as full project coordination — from initial concept to on-site execution.
Our operations are built on the design and manufacturing capacities of Alufe Ltd.: while production and prefabrication of systems take place in Hungary, Frontal GmbH manages the technical, contractual, and operational coordination of projects in Germany. This integrated model ensures structured and transparent control across the entire manufacturing–delivery–installation chain.
Whether for office façades, unitised systems, curtain walls, or custom building envelopes, our team aligns engineering design, product preparation, and on-site implementation with German regulatory requirements and construction standards. Decades of experience in metal construction, combined with close professional collaboration with Alufe Ltd., provide a solid technical foundation even for large-scale, complex projects.
This integrated approach enables us to work on projects for numerous international companies — including Airbus, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz — as well as leading general contractors such as Ed. Frontal GmbH ensures direct technical and contractual interaction with German clients, general contractors, and specialist partners. Project communication, coordination, and decision-preparation processes follow German regulatory and documentation standards, minimizing interface risks.
- Engineering and Product Design Coordination
Façade system development is carried out in collaboration with Alufe Ltd.’s design and manufacturing teams, while technical reviews, regulatory compliance, and project-specific optimizations are coordinated by Frontal GmbH. This ensures that production solutions meet the requirements of the German project environment.
- Project Control and Scheduling Management
Production takes place at Alufe Ltd.’s facilities in Hungary; however, full project scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource coordination are managed by Frontal GmbH. The system is designed to ensure transparent and predictable control of the manufacturing–delivery–installation chain for large-scale projects.
- Manufacturing–Installation Integration
Frontal GmbH synchronises the logistics of Alufe Ltd.’s façade systems with on-site installation in Germany. Installation preparation, shipping schedules, and on-site coordination are handled within an integrated project structure, reducing lead times and construction risks.
- On-Site Supervision and Quality Assurance
Frontal GmbH provides technical supervision and on-site coordination for construction works in Germany. Monitoring the installation process, validating quality requirements, and daily operational collaboration with the general contractor ensure that systems manufactured by Alufe Ltd. are realised according to the planned technical specifications.
- Documentation and Project Closure
All completion certificates, technical documentation, and handover processes are managed in accordance with German market standards. Frontal GmbH guarantees a structured and auditable project closure.
